GitOps for Rules: Tests, Signatures, and Policy Diffs for Changing Requirements

I will demo a workflow that treats “rules” like deployable software artifacts. Starting from a policy module in YAML, I will show how changes produce a readable diff, trigger golden tests, generate a cryptographic signature, and publish a versioned module. Then I will run a batch simulation to quantify what the change actually does (block/flag rates, which rules fired, what shifted). Finally, I will export an evidence bundle for a single decision containing the module hash + trace. Code walkthrough only: diffing, test harness, signing, and the simulation runner.
